Versus Versace is back with a bang!
Jonathan takes over from Christopher Kane as the first young creative to over-see the design of the womenswear, menswear and accessories. Donatella has also made it clear that the brand will be positioned for the digital era and the youth of today.
For his debut collection, the talented designer who Donatella has likened to Gianni, has taken inspiration from a 1996 Versus campaign shot by Bruce Weber – channeling the rock ‘n’ roll, sexy, androgynous and provocative ethos of Versace‘s sister line.
The 32-piece seasonless collection features everything we can expect from Versace including studs, leather, graphic prints, animal print, safety pins, lots of colour and an abundance of gold!
With the designs not that disimilar to the sell-out Versace x H&M collaboration (and for not that much more) we think that Versus is on the money with this collection!
