Marc Jacobs FW15 Catwalk Show
Jacobs cranked-up the glamour with a collection that echoed some of his best work for Louis Vuitton.
A collection with the pizzazz of the 1920’s Gatsby era without looking borrowed. Designs that wouldn’t look out of place in the wardrobe of his muse Jessica Lange‘s character in American Horror Story. Jacobs created a sumptuous visual of rich textures and volumes with the use of fur, sequins, crystals, animal print, plaids and florals.
Keys looks included Cruella de Vil fur coats, metallic brocade jackets, elegant flapper dresses, a plaid coat dipped in sequins, abstract painted outerwear and sequin covered dresses.
